Part Number : PFM3000

The PFM3000 provides high sensitivity frequency measurement in two overlapping ranges from 3Hz to more than 3GHz. Also available are period measurements ranging from 8ns to 330ms. The PFM3000 offers good resolution at all frequencies with quick updating using a continuous reciprocal measurement approach. It provides excellent sensitivity over the whole frequency range. To lessen high frequency signal noise at lower frequencies, a low pass filter might be chosen.
