A strong and portable interferometer with a 100 mm aperture, the MarOpto FI 1100 Z can measure wavefronts and flat and spherical surfaces without making contact. Simple interference fringe detection, IntelliPhase static spatial carrier analysis, or conventional phase discs can all be used for measurements. The flexibility and outstanding performance required by modern industrial applications are provided by the MarOpto FI 1100 Z. In addition to surface testing optical components, the radius of curvature and wavefronts can be assessed.
