DFX-8, which combines a flaw detector and thickness gauge, is available as a Benchtop model. For a variety of measurement applications, the potent new Dakota DFX-8 combination flaw detector and thickness gauge is appropriate. Large QVGA display with 60 Hz refresh rate is a characteristic of the DFX-8. It comprises DAC, AWS, TCG, and DGS sizing toolkits for defect specialists. It can measure in Pulse-Echo, Echo-Echo, and other sophisticated modes when used as a thickness gauge to get precise readings on coated and uncoated materials.
For storing readings in Grid or Sequential data formats, the DFX-8 includes 4 GB of internal memory. Both USB and SD cards can be used to store data.
The DFX-8 combines the two gauge types into a single, robust instrument with complete functionality and a number of extensive toolkits to give the user the toolset needed to handle a variety of common field applications.
